I had a great time at Rumbling Bald Resort! The staff at the pool and mini golf were incredibly nice and made sure we had a fun-filled family experience. The family activities offered were also a big hit. The lap pool was excellent, and the lazy river in the kiddie pool kept the kids entertained. The fitness center was well-equipped, and there were plenty of tennis courts and basketball hoops. The guided pontoon boat tour was informative and enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort.

I had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, nestled down that steep hill near the beach area and with stunning views of the mountains. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a balcony. I loved having my own sitting area and dining table, as well as a patio to enjoy the fresh air. The free toiletries and the convenience of a washing machine and kitchen were a great touch. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality and made me feel truly welcome. The food and beverage service was top-notch, and I enjoyed relaxing by the leisure swimming pool.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I loved the spacious rooms, cozy fireplace, and the beautiful view of nature from my window. The hotel facilities were great, especially the well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, close to the beach area and events, which was quite convenient. Additionally, the staff was kind and welcoming.

The location of the hotel is stunning with a view of the mountains and right on the lake. The rooms were clean and well put together. Additionally, some facilities like the Lazy River pool and resort amenities were great for family fun.

Some guests reported issues with pest control, poorly cleaned dishes, and outdated furniture and decor.

The location of the resort was perfect for us, as it was close to the event we were attending. Being near the beach area allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake. The rooms were adequate and clean, with comfortable beds and separate bathrooms. Although the restaurants on the property didn't meet our expectations, there were plenty of good dining options within a short distance.

The check-in process for late arrivals was poorly handled, causing confusion and unnecessary stress.

The beds were comfortable and the towels were big. We were also close enough to some good restaurants.

The hotel was misleading as we thought it was closer to the main festivities, but it was actually quite far away. Our room had a musty and mildewy smell that was not acceptable for someone with asthma. The lighting in the dated room was too dim to put on makeup and the shower was not powerful at all. We found ants all over the room and even in our coffee. The patio was not clean and we had to wipe everything down before using it. our Easter stay was quite disappointing.
